We may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these rules.

You keep ownership of the content you add to your page. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating and providing the service to you.

You are responsible for your content, and you confirm you have the rights needed to publish it.

Some features may let you collect information from people who visit your page (for example, capturing email addresses). If you use such features, you are the controller of the data you collect: you must have a lawful basis for collecting it, provide your visitors with your own privacy information, and comply with applicable data protection laws. In that case Atsme acts only as a processor that handles the data on your behalf.

You may choose any available handle, but you must not infringe trademarks, impersonate others, or register handles in bad faith. Some names are reserved. We may reclaim or rename a handle in the event of a dispute or a violation of these terms.

The Atsme name, logo, and software are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use them beyond using the service as intended.

Your page may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and accessing them is at your own risk.

The service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans or features, we will clearly present the price, billing cycle, renewal terms, and refund and cancellation rights (including any statutory right of withdrawal you may have) before you pay. Those terms will form part of this agreement.

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or where required by law. When your account ends, your right to use the service stops and your content may be deleted.
